We recently identified a typographical error on a batch of diplomas in which the name of ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ was misspelled. We sincerely apologize to all graduates impacted and are taking steps to correct it. 

Graduates from Summer 2023 (Spring 2023 was not affected), 2024, and 2025 are affected.

No. 2025 graduates will receive their corrected diplomas automatically.

All Spring 2025 diplomas have been officially conferred, meaning degrees have been awarded once the graduation petition was submitted and approved. Participating in commencement (walking across the stage) is a celebratory event and does not automatically confer your degree.

If your degree was conferred in August or December 2025, your diploma is currently being processed. The anticipated ship date will be April 30th.

Graduates from 2023–2024 should complete the so we can issue a corrected diploma and confirm your current contact information.

We are not aware of the issue occurring prior to 2023, but if you have concerns, please contact bcrecords@kccd.edu.

2025 graduates can pick up their updated diplomas on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. After March 26, diplomas will be mailed to the address on file.

2023–2024 graduates will be contacted after submitting the form with instructions for pickup or mailing. 

Diplomas will be shipped within 45 to 60 days after completing the form. 

If you no longer have access to your BC email, please complete the . This will update your contact information so we can send you your corrected diploma.

Please bring a valid photo ID (student ID or government-issued ID).
